Hailey West

I have been working in childcare for over three years and absolutely love what I do. I am married and a mom to two wonderful daughters, so I understand firsthand how important it is for parents to know their children are loved, safe, and cared for while they’re away. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me spending time outdoors with my family. We love hunting, fishing, exploring, and making memories together whenever we can. Working with toddlers is something I truly enjoy. I love watching them learn new skills, grow their confidence, and discover the world around them. Every day brings something new, and I feel lucky to be a part of so many special moments in their lives. I am grateful for the opportunity to care for and learn alongside each child who comes through our classroom

Toddler Program (Ages 1–3)

Our Toddler Program is a lively, nurturing space where curiosity, independence, and early learning come together. As children move from infancy into the toddler stage, they’re eager to explore, communicate, and test their growing abilities — and our classroom is designed to support every exciting step.

Toddlers thrive on movement, discovery, and routine, so we create a warm, predictable environment filled with hands‑on activities, sensory experiences, early language development, and plenty of opportunities for social interaction. Our caregivers provide responsive guidance that encourages confidence, cooperation, and self‑help skills while still offering the comfort and reassurance toddlers need.

With a balance of structured learning and open‑ended play, our toddler class helps children build strong foundations in communication, motor development, problem‑solving, and emotional growth — all while having fun, feeling safe, and being celebrated for who they are.
